MOSCOW, Sep 4 Russian President Vladimir Putin awarded the medal of the Order «For Services to the Fatherland» of the second degree to the Minister of Culture of Chechnya Aishat Kadyrova, follows from the decree published on the portal of legal acts.
«For merits in the development of national culture and art, for many years of fruitful creative activity, to award the medal of the Order «For Merit to the Fatherland» II degree to Kadyrova Aishat Ramzanovna, Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic,» the decree says.
