ANKARA, Sep 6 Turkey is studying proposals in detail Russia on the gas hub and the construction of the second nuclear power plant in the republic, a diplomatic source in Ankara said.
On Monday, Russian President Vladimir Putin, at a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi, said that Moscow is counting on an early conclusion of negotiations on the creation of a gas hub in Turkey. Erdogan said that he had discussed with Putin the construction of Turkey's second nuclear power plant in the city of Sinop.
«We are now studying all these proposals in detail. We are discussing them,» the agency's interlocutor said.
«I think by the end of the year we will have a clear plan of action in our hands,» he added.
