MOSCOW, September 6 The United States is striving to establish global control over the biological situation, making administrative, financial and diplomatic efforts for this, said the head of the forces of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Armed Forces RF Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
The Russian side has documentary evidence of the participation of the US State Department in the implementation of the Biosecurity Enhancement Program since 2016, Kirillov said at a briefing. According to him, these materials show the active participation of the State Department in biological programs in other countries, as well as the desire of Washington to use third-party performers to hide the customers and the goals of ongoing research.
The United States pays special attention to the implementation of its biological programs in the countries of the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa, and the United States has allocated Ukraine as a separate region for bioprograms Kirillov said.
“Thus, Washington is making administrative, financial and diplomatic efforts to establish US global control over the biological situation,” he stated.
«The scale of military-biological activities and the extensive cooperation of performers is confirmed not only by the documents received, but also by statements from representatives of political circles in the United States itself,» Kirillov added.
