UFA, September 8 The Ministry of Education of Bashkiria is checking the incident at a Ufa college, where a teacher wrapped tape around a student’s head during a lecture, the department’s press service reported .
Earlier, the Mash Batash telegram channel published a video filmed during a lecture at a Ufa college. In the footage, a female teacher wraps tape around a student’s head. The teacher is reported to have been suspended. 
The regional ministry reported that the incident occurred at the Ufa Motor Transport College.
““Based on the information provided, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Bashkortostan is conducting an inspection of the incident at the Motor Transport College. Based on the results of the inspection, appropriate actions will be taken,” explained the department’s press service.
