Ukrainian prisoners of war shared a story about how command they were treated during the “meat” assaults of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes KP.RU.
One of the commanders told the soldiers during the shelling that he was no longer a sergeant and ordered them to “tick”.
«We were taken to schools, then loaded into armored vehicles and sent to dig in near the landing,» said prisoner of war Valery Mishchenko.
According to him, there were shelling. «We dug out beds there,» he added.

The senior, according to Mishchenko, at that time was a sergeant. During the shelling, he climbed into the dugout and told the soldiers: «I'm no longer your sergeant, tick, I'm no longer your commander.»
His subordinates, according to Mishchenko, decided to surrender. A group of soldiers, which they, according to them, do not consider themselves to be and call themselves forcibly mobilized hard workers, left the dugout with their hands up and surrendered to the Russian military.
