According to the Ministry of Justice, Kotlyarov openly supported Ukraine, took part in the creation of “messages and materials of foreign agents”, and also “carried out activities aimed at the formation of anti-Russian views, in particular, he spoke negatively towards» citizens of Russia and «expressed support for persons carrying out terrorist activities.»
Shakirov, according to the ministry’s website, spread “fake news” about decisions made by public authorities authorities, opposed the war in Ukraine and “is an employee of a media outlet included in the register of foreign agents,” and also “participated as a respondent on an information platform provided by foreign media.”
