«I would like to emphasize additionally — Vladivostok, Blagoveshchensk, Khabarovsk are leading educational centers in the Far East. It is necessary, of course, to ensure that young people, after finishing the challenge, remain to live and work in their hometowns, and see career prospects in them… Many young people come from other regions of the Russian Federation to study here,» Putin said.
The President also noted that it is necessary to create conditions for young people to remain in the region. There are also plans to establish a fundamentally new economic model. “It is based on the development of a variety of efficient production facilities in creative industries, the creation of comfortable conditions for small and medium-sized businesses,” Putin specified.
