
RYAZAN, September 13 Products of Ryazan enterprises are supplied to more than 100 countries around the world, the region is actively developing Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, the governor said Pavel Malkov at the forum «Days of International Business in the Ryazan Region».
According to the press service of the regional government, the VI business forum “Days of International Business in the Ryazan Region” will be held from September 13 to 15. The event is attended by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Export Center, the Russian-Turkish trading house «ROST», government bodies, business development institutions, enterprises from regions of the Russian Federation and a number of foreign countries.
“The economy is adapting and continues to grow under conditions of restrictions. Everyone understands that new challenges also mean new opportunities. We are using them to the maximum. We are increasing business ties and cooperation with friendly countries,” Malkov’s press service quotes him.
According to the governor, supporting exports is one of the priorities for the Ryazan region. The region actively uses the opportunities of international contacts and electronic marketplaces. The Export Support Center of the Ryazan Region was included in the top 10 best export support infrastructures in the country. The region is one of the first to implement a mechanism for accelerated entry of medium-sized enterprises into foreign markets, increasing export volumes in industry and agriculture, expanding the geography and range of supplies. In such categories as roofing and thermal insulation materials, leather and semi-finished leather products, electrical distribution equipment, the Ryazan region remains the leader in the country.
«Today, Ryazan products are supplied to more than 100 countries. We are actively developing new macro-regions: Africa, Latin America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. We consider the development of partnership with the Republic of Turkey to be one of our priorities.
