This project was initiated by a team from Krasnoyarsk and was originally conceived as a car for personal use, but later it was decided to start small-scale production. On the project page on the social network VKontakte The Visuva is said to be a three-door SUV that will be customizable to suit the needs of each customer, providing a comfortable ride both off-road and in the city. However, according to some, it is most likely a light buggy.
The name Visuva comes from the initial syllables of the Latin phrase “viam supervadet vadens,” which translates as “he who walks will cope with the road.” The appearance of the SUV has already been presented in the form of renderings that demonstrate its embossed two-tone body with short overhangs and the absence of a rear window. A camera will likely be used to provide rear visibility.
Large wheel arches provide room for plenty of suspension travel, and the rally-style arrangement of proprietary shock absorbers provides outstanding handling characteristics on any type of surface, the developers say. The body will be made from a durable composite material produced in-house, and some elements will be created using a 3D printer.
The car is based on an aluminum frame, which is reinforced in the rear, where the engine compartment is located. Various components and assemblies are placed on the frame to optimize balance. At the moment, a limited amount of information is available about technical characteristics, but it is promised that pre-orders for this car will begin soon.
