The Kremlin has not ruled out sending a North Korean representative into space

BLAGOVESCHENSK, September 13 Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un during negotiations discussed the possibility of sending a North Korean cosmonaut into space, the press secretary of the Russian President said Dmitry Peskov during a conversation with journalists.
“We talked about the fact that if the North Korean side wishes, we can prepare and launch a North Korean cosmonaut into space,” Peskov said.
