Taisaev noted that the visit of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to Russia was held at a very high level. “It all happened at a very high level… there are quite warm, kind, good and friendly relations between the two leaders… I am sure that now in all the areas that the president spoke about, we will also get serious changes,” the parliamentarian added.
