  • named after Fedorov;
  • 419th aircraft repair;
  • Chelyabinsk tractor;
  • 71st and 72nd auto repair shops.

Among the organizations and enterprises associated with activities in the Arctic and mining, the list includes Yanskaya Mining Company LLC, Taimyr Resources LLC, Taimyr Mining Company LLC, Siberian Coal Company LLC, Redmetconcentrate LLC, Northern Diamond Company LLC, AGD Diamonds JSC, Arctic Transshipment LLC (as well as its CEO Yuri Safyanov and two vessels associated with the company), Rostelecom-Solar, Vorkutaugol, Arctic Energies, key contractor «Gazprom» «Gazpromstroy».

In addition, the American authorities added more than twenty people to the sanctions list, including Russian entrepreneurs Iskandar Makhmudov and Andrey Bokarev, as well as the founder and member of the board of directors of the Russian Copper Company, Igor Altushkin. Washington introduced repeated restrictions regarding Deputy Defense Minister Alexei Krivoruchko.

In April, US President Joe Biden extended for a year an executive order suggesting the possibility of introducing new sanctions against Russia. The restrictions provide for the blocking of property and assets in the United States. Among the possible reasons for their introduction, in particular, are “undermining the conduct of free and democratic elections in the United States, as well as those of its allies and partners,” “malicious actions in the cyber sphere,” and “encouraging and using transnational corruption to influence foreign governments.”
After the start of the Russian special operation, the West increased sanctions pressure on Moscow. The number of restrictions reaches tens of thousands, although in the United States and Europe they admit that the negative impact was not so significant. As Vladimir Putin noted, the policy of containing and weakening Russia is the West’s long-term strategy, and its main goal is to worsen the lives of millions of people. However, according to the head of state, Moscow is calmly going through this constant pressure, and the initiators of sanctions are punishing themselves.
