MOSCOW, September 12 The Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow fined the husband of actress Kristina Babushkina, Andrei Gutsunaev, 200 thousand rubles for possession of drugs and biting a policeman, the court’s press service reported.
The case was considered in a special manner, since Gutsunaev admitted guilt and made a deal with the investigation. This guaranteed him a more lenient punishment.
“The court imposed a fine on Gutsunaev in the amount of 200 thousand rubles,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
Gutsunaev was found guilty of drug trafficking and “using violence against a government official.” As previously reported by the capital's main department of the Investigative Committee, a man bit a traffic police officer who found prohibited substances in his car.
The incident occurred on June 16 on Koroviy Val Street in Moscow. It is not specified what kind of drugs and how much of them were found on the man.
Kristina Babushkina, among other things, starred in the series “Unprincipled,” “13 Clinical” and the film “An Easy Way to Quit Smoking,” according to Kinopoisk data.
