
MOSCOW, September 14 Visit of North Korean leader Kim Chen-un was timely and useful, Russia will continue to develop relations with this country, said press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un arrived in Russia on Wednesday for the first time since 2019. He held talks at the Vostochny cosmodrome with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un made the front pages of world publications.
“We appreciated the visit itself, which took place. It was timely, useful and constructive, we will continue to develop our relations with North Korea,” Peskov responded to journalists’ question about how the Kremlin assessed the reaction of foreign media to the visit of the North Korean leader.< br>
