WASHINGTON, September 14 The United States has imposed sanctions against the Arctic Transshipment company, its CEO Yuri Safyanov, and two vessels associated with the company, the State Department reports .
“As stated in the department’s disseminated message, the new sanctions affected the company itself, its general director, as well as two courts. The State Department said that the sanctions were imposed against “organizations and individuals involved in the development of key energy projects,” including Arctic LNG-2.
