German Chancellor Olaf Scholz made a harsh statement about Russian President Vladimir Putin during his speech at the UN, writes Die Welt.
“The reason why suffering continues in Ukraine and around the world is stunningly simple: the Russian president wants to carry out his imperialist plan to conquer a sovereign neighbor – Ukraine,” Scholz shared his point of view.
The German Chancellor called on the Russian head of state to fulfill the demand of the UN General Assembly to withdraw its armed forces.
