The Tagansky District Court of Moscow imposed administrative arrests for a period of 7 to 11 days on 13 roofers who climbed onto the roof of a high-rise building on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment. Mediazona was informed about this by the press service of the court.
The Rufers were found guilty of disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) and petty hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). In addition to arrest, they were all fined four thousand rubles. Among those arrested are Andres Petrakov, Alexey Kvekveskiri, Maria Mikhaleva, Polina Konopatskaya, Andrey Bochkov, Artem Filimonov, Nikolai Manerov, Stanislav Kozlenkov, Ivan Golovnykh, Yaroslav Klimov, Petr Chernov, Rodion Starostin and Alexander Karimov.
O The fact that roofers entered the Stalin building on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment became known on September 19. The SHOT Telegram channel published a video showing how two roofers climbed onto the spire of a high-rise building. According to the channel, approximately 35 people entered the building, several of them climbed onto the spire.
Later, the police drew attention to what was happening. Seeing the security forces, the roofers tried to escape from them — the prosecutor’s office reported that two of them jumped from the second floor. According to the Zvezda TV channel, one of them broke his leg, the other received a traumatic brain injury.
