MOSCOW, September 22 The draft federal budget of the Russian Federation for 2024-2026 provides for more than 100 billion rubles to support the poor under the social contract program, according to the materials for the project.
«The draft budget provides… more than 100 billion rubles to support low-income citizens under the social contract program (for about 900 thousand people annually), within the framework of which citizens are helped to realize their labor potential and create a sustainable source of income,» it says in materials.
