VELIKY NOVGOROD, September 21Businesses should get involved in the work of forming a five-year forecast of the need for personnel, and when developing it, national projects and prospects for the development of the country’s territories should be taken into account, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
«In all areas of development of circulation and personnel training, efforts should only be increased. And for the result to be truly systemic, we must clearly understand what kind of specialists our economy and enterprises will need today, of course, and in the near future. And be sure to take into account the emerging trends in technological and industrial development,» Putin said at an extended meeting of the State Council Presidium.
He called on business to help solve this problem. “This should be a joint task. I ask that both business and the constituent entities of the federation be involved in this work with full responsibility,” Putin said.
According to him, the government must create a modern, convenient mechanism that will make it possible to draw up a five-year forecast in the context of specific regions, industries and professions.
«And what is extremely important: take into account national projects, infrastructure programs, development prospects for cities and entire territories, investment plans of state corporations and private companies,» the president added.
