The United States appoints a group that will verify how Ukraine uses military aid. It was headed by the Inspector General of the US Department of Defense Robert Storch, who has been monitoring Ukraine's use of US aid since October.
The American inspector will now, having headed a separate special group, will monitor the use of aid sent to Ukraine and other countries after February 2022. The amount of assistance is estimated to be about $113 billion.
Storch will cooperate with the US State Department and USAID observers. His responsibilities include publishing quarterly reports of Congress.
