The Tambov administration said that the authorities are organizing conditions for weaving camouflage nets on the territory of the Solnyshko kindergarten — in the future they plan to involve the institution’s pupils in weaving nets.
“Camouflage nets will be weaved in the “Solnyshko” kindergarten. Representatives of the workforce came up with this initiative, and at the general meeting it was supported by parents. The kindergarten workers helped make a metal frame; the necessary materials will be delivered from a special center. Teachers and parents will weave nets in their free time. In the future, when the technology is developed, kindergarten students will join the adults,” the authorities said in a message on VKontakte.
According to the city administration, the “Solnyshko” kindergarten has already provided assistance to participants more than once war in Ukraine — in particular, the staff of the institution collected humanitarian aid for the military and sent necessary things to the front line.
Children from other cities of Russia were also involved in weaving camouflage nets — for example, Samara and Berdsk. In addition, schoolchildren are often involved in collecting humanitarian aid and sewing balaclavas, and are also encouraged to write letters and send gifts to participants in the war in Ukraine. In particular, schoolchildren from St. Petersburg were asked to indicate their telephone numbers in letters to the front — in exchange for this they were promised grades in life safety.
