Journalist Roman Golovanov reported in on his Telegram channel about the murder of special military operation veteran Maxim Nikitin in the Chelyabinsk region by MMA fighter Rustam B.
According to the journalist, on September 15, Nikitin met with his classmates in a cafe. His classmate had a conflict with a mixed martial arts fighter who started pulling the girl’s hair. Maxim decided to stand up for her. Another citizen ran up and tried to separate the conflicting parties, but this did not work, and the Northern Military District veteran was hit in the throat by an MMA fighter, breaking his larynx.
The victim was immediately hospitalized, and then transferred to intensive care, where the patient died 17 September.
Nikitin was a former employee of the UGRO Ministry of Internal Affairs. He is a combat veteran, was on business trips in the North Caucasus, took part in a special operation in Ukraine as part of the Wagner PMC. He received many awards, including “For the Capture of Popasna”, “Cross” from the Wagner PMC, and “For Courage” from the President of the Russian Federation.
