The adoptive father of TikToker Dani Milokhin, Dmitry Tyulenev, said on his Instagram that the Anapa authorities want to demolish two houses on his site — the man called what was happening “custom persecution.”
Among the buildings are the houses of Tyulenev himself and his parents. In addition, the Anapa authorities closed the store owned by Milokhin’s adoptive father, which “is the only normal source of income.” The administration went to court demanding the demolition of the buildings. The man himself believes that they are deliberately creating problems for him in order to prevent him from “protecting Danya.”
As Tyulenev explained, the authorities justify the demolition of buildings by violating urban planning standards — in particular, they insist on the need to move the wall of one of the buildings by three meters. At the same time, according to Milokhin’s father, an inspection was carried out on his site in 2019, which did not reveal any urban planning violations. The buildings themselves were built back in the 40s of the 20th century and did not raise any questions from officials.
Now the man is looking for lawyers, but local specialists are “dismissing” him, because “they understand the dangers of this.” Tyulenev also added that after Milokhin’s trip to Russia, police officers came to his home, looking for a tiktoker and wanting to serve a summons to the military registration and enlistment office.
After the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, Milokhin, like many other tiktokers, left Russia and conducted blogging activities from abroad. Over the past year, he recorded “Diss on Channel One,” and also sang the Ukrainian anthem with blogger Artur Babich during one of his streams.
In early September, several telegram channels wrote that Milokhin had arrived in Russia. After this, the head of the Safe Internet League turned to the Ministry of Defense with a demand to draft Milokhin into the army, who had previously “upset many Russians with Russophobic statements while outside our Motherland.” As Mizulina noted, the blogger has no reason to postpone.
The next day, the official said that Milokhin took the “first flight” to Dubai from Moscow’s Vnukovo. On September 19, RIA Novosti, citing a source in law enforcement agencies, reported that the TikToker was wanted.
