A case of attempted terrorist attack (Part 3 of Article 30; Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code) was opened against 18-year-old Mikhail Avdonin from Arkhangelsk due to an attempt to set fire to a warehouse on the territory of a military camp.
