NOVOSIBIRSK, September 25 A previously unconvicted 53-year-old man in Tomsk killed three relatives and surrendered to the police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Tomsk Region reported on Monday.
“The duty station of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kirovsky district of Tomsk received a message from a resident of the village of Dzerzhinskoye that he had committed a crime. Police patrol officers arrived at his residence address and detained the suspect,” the message says.
The suspect turned out to be a previously unconvicted 53-year-old man.
“He confirmed to the police that he had committed the murder of three of his relatives. At the man’s residence, police officers found the bodies of the dead,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported, without naming the motive for the murder.
The Investigative Directorate of the Tomsk Region reported that a criminal case has been opened against the man under the article of murder of two or more persons.
