The Security Council Commission on Migration Policy discussed the situation in this area today meeting. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the first half of 2023, 8.2 million foreigners visited Russia.
“This is 62 percent more than in the same period a year earlier,” Medvedev emphasized.
