MOSCOW, September 26 The Savelovsky Court of Moscow again fined the player “What? Where? When?” for 40 thousand rubles. Rovshana Askerova* (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) for publications on the Internet without indicating his status, the press service of the court reported.
“The court imposed an administrative fine on R.E.* Askerov in the amount of 40 thousand rubles,” said the agency’s interlocutor. In August, the court also fined him 40 thousand rubles under Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of the procedure for the activities of a foreign agent) for posts on social networks without the marking of a foreign agent.
Askerov* was included in the list of foreign agents in December last year. Previously, he was arrested in absentia in the case of the rehabilitation of Nazism.
