MOSCOW, September 27 Tariffs for energy resources — electricity, utilities — must be economically justified, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting with head of the FAS.
«As for the level of payment for utilities, electricity, you absolutely rightly said, it must be economically justified. To find a balance between the interests of service providers and large industrial, other enterprises and people, citizens who consume these resources,» — he said.
