MOSCOW, September 27 FAS Russia needs to monitor the emergence of cartels that limit the development of small and medium-sized businesses, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a meeting with the head departments.
Mishustin named reducing administrative pressure on business as one of his priorities.
«To stimulate business activity, it is necessary to help, first of all, small and medium-sized businesses. Creating conditions for the uninterrupted operation of such enterprises and industries is a very important task. To do this, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of supervision in this area, including state order. Since state order largely shapes the work profile of small and medium-sized businesses,” he said.
At the same time, according to Mishustin, it is necessary to monitor the emergence of cartels.
«It is very important to monitor the emergence of cartels, whose actions can limit competition. It is the restriction of competition that is an obstacle for small and medium-sized businesses, as colleagues talk about when meeting with government members,» he said.
