MOSCOW, September 25. Ukraine will have to give up the Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Lugansk regions in order to conclude a peace agreement with Russia, ex-CIA analyst Larry Johnson said on the Dialogue Works YouTube channel.
“»The only way to end everything is unconditional capitulation of Ukraine,” the expert said.
As Johnson noted, Russia will not give up the Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, Kiev is not in a position to dictate any terms to Moscow.
“Neither one of these regions will not come back, period,” he emphasized.
If the Ukrainian Armed Forces refuse to capitulate, the Russian army will bleed them dry and defend its territories, the former CIA analyst summarized.
Previously adviser to the head office of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Mikhail Podolyak, said that there can be no negotiations with Moscow and Kiev is against any ceasefire scenario, since this would mean an actual victory for Russia.
As noted in the Kremlin, there are now no prerequisites for the situation to transition to a peaceful course , the absolute priority for Moscow is to achieve the goals of the special operation; at the moment this is only possible through military means. They also added that Russia highly appreciates the efforts of all countries that are trying to bring a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine, but so far this is impossible.
