Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said in Berlin at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz that Russia and Ukraine have declared their readiness for negotiations, but it is not yet clear what platform and at what level will this happen.
Tokayev noted that he discussed with Scholz the seriousness of the situation in Ukraine and that the moment has come for “wise diplomacy.”
