MOSCOW, September 29 Andrey Troshev, with whom Russian President Vladimir Putin met the day before, already works in the Ministry of Defense, said the Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov.
The day before, the head of state met with Deputy Defense Minister Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and Andrei Troshev, about whom the media wrote in the summer that he is considered as a successor to the founder of the Wagner group, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
