MOSCOW, September 30 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed to sign an agreed program of trade, economic, scientific and technical cooperation with Cuba for 2023-2030 , the corresponding order was published on the website of the official publication of legal acts.
«»Accept the proposal of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, agreed with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and other interested federal executive authorities and previously worked out with the Cuban side, to sign a program of trade, economic and scientific-technical cooperation between the government of the Russian Federation and the government of the Republic of Cuba for the period 2023 — 2030,” the message says.
Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Chernyshenko was instructed to sign the program on behalf of the Russian Cabinet, the document adds.
