ASTANA, October 2 Kazakhstan maintains a list of citizens of foreign countries who speak negatively about the republic; subsequently, these persons are closed entry into the country, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Aibek Smadiyarov.
“We keep such a list, but this is a working list, and we will not disclose it. I can’t name the number either. The borders are closing, and this person will not be able to come,” Smadiyarov said at a media briefing, answering a question regarding measures taken against persons who speak negatively about Kazakhstan.
A representative of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry added that this list is maintained by each state.
