The Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow registered the materials of the administrative case against sociologist Viktor Vakhshtain. Mediazona drew attention to the update in the court database.
According to the case file, Vakhshtain is accused of publishing materials without the “foreign agent” marking (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). What exactly became the reason for the protocol is unknown. A meeting on the materials of the case against the sociologist has not yet been scheduled.
This is not the first such protocol that has been drawn up against Vakhshtain. In June, the same Nagatinsky District Court of Moscow imposed a fine on the sociologist for publishing posts on VKontakte without the “foreign agent” tag. Its exact size is unknown.
The Ministry of Justice declared Viktor Vakhshtain a “foreign agent” at the end of April last year.
