
MOSCOW, Oct 4 In the east of Moscow on Otkrytoe Highway, a car hit a pedestrian crossing the roadway in the wrong place, traffic is not impeded, the Telegram channel reported metropolitan department of transport.
«On Otkrytoe Highway (at the intersection with Ivanteevskaya Street), a car hit a pedestrian who was crossing the road in the wrong place. City emergency services are working at the scene,» the report says.
The footage published there shows that the pedestrian flew up from the impact, and then fell under the wheels of the car, which then drove a few more meters.
«The circumstances of the incident and information about the victims are being clarified. Traffic is not difficult,» the message clarifies.
The Department of Transport also reminded that you can cross the road only at a controlled crossing at a traffic light signal and at an unregulated crossing, making sure that all cars have stopped.
