MOSCOW, October 7 Western automobile companies that have left Russia are “biting their elbows” and are thinking about how to return to the Russian Federation, said Svetlana, managing director of the international consulting company Avtoboss Volodina.

It’s not surprising, Volodina noted, that today they are thinking about how to return to the Russian Federation.
«Our partners from Kyrgyzstan, who have several dealership centers in the country, said, for example, that not only Chinese manufacturers, such as Haval, Exeed, Geely, Changan, have already begun construction of their factories, but and some Western auto companies are now expressing a similar desire,” noted the agency’s interlocutor.
