And, quite possibly, he remembered this song and its name when answering a journalist’s question: “When will measures to strengthen the ruble begin to work? » Let me remind you that he replied: “Sooner or later” — and left.
A cultural analysis of the ex-minister’s response will bring not obvious, but very interesting results. The test of the hit “Technology”, as is often the case with many popular songs, does not contain a clear meaning, but rather creates a mood:

This is the mood of melancholy contemplation, complete acceptance of life and submission to fate. And, probably, this is exactly the mood that is expected from Russians. After all, Kremlin Speaker Dmitry Peskov said on October 3: “Excessive attention to the dollar exchange rate is possible from an emotional point of view, but rather these are rudiments of the past, after all. You need to get used to living in the ruble zone and not feel so dependent on the dollar exchange rate.”
And now Oreshkin has confirmed this statement on an emotional level. In general, you need to relax and not be afraid of anything. Those at the top know what they are doing.
