GROZNY, October 6 Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov reported on the Telegram channel that he received congratulations from Russian President Vladimir Putin on his birthday.
Kadyrov was born on October 5, 1976, on the same day the region celebrates City Day and Chechen Youth Day.

It is immensely pleasant and touching to receive congratulations from the national leader of our huge country, President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. He congratulated me on my birthday and also conveyed his best wishes to the teachers and Chechen youth. We honored them on October 5,» Kadyrov wrote. He said that he had received congratulations from the Chairman of the Government, Deputy Prime Ministers of Russia, members of the Government of the Russian Federation, from the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, regional governors, presidents and kings of near and far abroad. According to Kadyrov, all the congratulations highly noted the large-scale achievements of the Chechen people, among which a special place was given to the newly rebuilt city of Grozny. “We take this as the highest assessment,” he added.
