TASHKENT, October 6 Uzbekistan and Russia will adopt a program of cultural cooperation for 2024-2025, reports the press service of the President of the Republic Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
Mirziyoyev is on an official visit to Russia on October 5-7. In the Kremlin, he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in a narrow format.
«The leaders of the two states agreed to adopt a rich program of cultural cooperation for 2024- 2025,” the message says.
The presidents also highly appreciated the diverse cultural and humanitarian cooperation. In particular, important cultural events were organized: the premiere of the national ballet «Lazgi» in Moscow, Days of Uzbek Cinema, events of the «Russian Seasons» project in Uzbekistan.
