MOSCOW, Oct. 10 Moscow and Baghdad are successfully coordinating work within OPEC+ to stabilize the situation on world energy markets, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at negotiations with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed al-Sudani.
«We are coordinating work within OPEC+, and we are doing it very successfully, with the goal of stabilizing the situation on world markets. In general, we are succeeding. And I hope we will continue to work this way,» the Russian leader noted.
Putin stated that energy is a key area of interaction between the Russian Federation and Iraq.
«Our largest companies operate in your country, and very successfully. The total investment volume of our companies amounted to approximately $19 billion. And there are prospects for further development of our interaction. It is very effective in this sphere,» he added.
