Ex-intelligence officer Ritter: The Ukrainian Armed Forces are collapsing under the onslaught of the Russian army

From Ritter’s point of view, Moscow has sent a direct signal to the North Atlantic Alliance and the West.
“Our army is bigger, better. We are prepared, we are battle-hardened. And all you fat, donut-eating Americans and Germans will achieve nothing,” said the former American intelligence officer.
