The driver in the video made unflattering remarks about the inspector and expressed confidence that he would be fired as soon as the video was widely disseminated.
According to the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on September 22. It is noted that an administrative protocol was drawn up against the Subaru driver for the lack of registration plates on the car.
