According to information from the head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, traffic police officers stopped the car on Zvenigorodskoye Highway. When checking the documents of the 31-year-old passenger, the police noticed that he became noticeably nervous and vaguely answered the question whether he had any prohibited substances on him.
