The Volodarsky District Court of Bryansk arrested a resident of the Moscow region in the case of displaying Nazi paraphernalia (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code), reports the joint press service of the regional courts.
According to information on the court’s website, the arrested person’s name is Sergei Kondratchikov. As follows from the case materials, he set the “military march of Nazi Germany” as the ringtone on his phone, thereby committing “an insult to the memory of the victims of the Great Patriotic War.”
In a conversation with RIA Novosti, the court's press service clarified that Kondratchikov's phone rang in a public place — this attracted the attention of the police to the man. As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against a resident of the Moscow region. It is unknown which specific composition was set as the ringtone.
