MOSCOW, Oct 17. Beeline business has launched the “Label” call identification service, which allows you to display the name of the company or brand, the purpose of the call, as well as other additional information on the phone screen of the called subscriber, reports the operator’s press service.
At the same time, subscribers do not need to install additional applications, since the service is based on operator technology that transmits text simultaneously with an incoming call. The Label service operates inside and outside the Beeline network, the message says.
According to research from Hiya, businesses rank voice calls as the most preferred communication channel for customer support (41%), sales (39%) and appointment scheduling (35%). The press service noted that the “Label” service from Beeline Business is based on a different approach: additional information about the caller is transmitted along with the voice call. Thanks to «Label» companies can «brand» their outgoing calls from one or more numbers. At the same time, the subscriber will be more comfortable receiving calls: he will be able to immediately identify them, for example, as a call from a courier or a car dealership.
