Yesterday, the Golovinsky District Court of Moscow received an administrative case, in which Galkin M.A. was initially indicated as the person involved, today the value changed to Glikin M.A.. Mediazona drew attention to this.
The press service of the court soon confirmed that an error had been made in their database.

The protocol was drawn up under the article on failure to provide a report on the activities of a “foreign agent” (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). A hearing on the case has not yet been scheduled. According to the law, “foreign agents” are required to submit reports to the Ministry of Justice several times a year — in particular, on their activities, financing and goals.
TV presenter Maxim Galkin and former journalist of Open Media, Vedomosti and “Dozhda” Maxim Glikin is on the register of “foreign agents” maintained by the Ministry of Justice. Galkin was added to the list in September 2022, and Glikin in July 2021; in 2023, the Ministry of Justice declared the Polygon publication a “foreign agent,” among whose participants Glikin was listed.
