ST. PETERSBURG, October 18 A nineteen-year-old young man fired at a school building in St. Petersburg from his balcony with an air pistol, damaging a double-glazed window, reports the press service of the GUMVD for the city and Leningrad region.
On October 16, the 73-year-old director of a school located at 12a on Solyanoy Lane contacted the police of the Central District of St. Petersburg. She stated that on October 12, the glass unit of the educational institution was damaged by shooting from an air pistol. No one was injured as a result of the incident.
The next day, an unemployed 19-year-old young man came to the police on his own. “He explained that on October 12, at about 11:55 p.m., while on the balcony at 4 Solyanoy Lane, he decided to discharge his air pistol and fired in the direction of the school, after which he got scared and hid,” the press service reports.
The police are investigating this fact.
