The Investigative Committee opened a case of sexual assault (Part 1 of Article 132 of the Criminal Code) after the owner and security guards of the Romashka cafe in the closed city of Novouralsk raped a visitor with a mop. This was reported by E1.RU.
The arrest of the suspects has not yet been reported. It is known that the security forces were sent a reference to 42-year-old Ivan Bugaenko, the owner of the cafe. At the same time, as Mediazona was convinced, he has not yet been put on the federal wanted list.
Press Secretary of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Sverdlovsk Region Valery Gorelykh told reporters that Bugaenko had previously used sexualized violence against girls in the same cafe, and also illegally deprived people of their freedom. “This happened in 2000 and 2010,” Gorelykh concluded.
As E1.RU writes, the last incident at Romashka occurred on October 7, but the incident became known only yesterday. The video, which was filmed and distributed by the attackers themselves, shows a man with blood on his face. Behind the scenes they call him Saltan and ask: “Why were you in prison, bitch?”
A restaurant visitor lying on the floor is beaten throughout the entire video. He then finds himself with his jeans pulled down. The voice-over asks you to bring a stick. At the end of the video, the victim crawled outside the cafe's veranda.
Bugaenko told reporters his version of what happened. According to him, the man who was beaten had previously served a sentence for the murder of “two famous people from our city in the nineties.” October 7th was the anniversary of the death of the man he killed, so a wake was held at Romashka that evening.
“And he threatened the relative of the deceased that he would also kill him. It was a response,” explained the cafe owner. The businessman also clarified that he had already been called to the police, and security forces came to Romashka.
