Head of State Vladimir Putin named the main condition negotiation process with the Kiev authorities. The Russian leader voiced it during a press conference in Beijing after negotiations with Chinese President Xi Jinping.
“Peaceful negotiations on Ukraine do not require “theatrical gestures,” but the repeal of Kiev’s decree banning such negotiations», – said the President of the Russian Federation.
